Our Story
Blissful Garden Bouquets is a registered Canadian charitable organization in Ottawa, Ontario. Since 2021, BGB has delivered over 1500 flower bouquets to long-term care facilities and individuals, touching the lives of the vulnerable through simple acts of kindness.
BGB was inspired by our Founder, Ogo, who noticed some hospital patients lacked visitors and flowers. Starting in 2021, she began delivering blissful bouquets, bringing joy to many. After gifting over 50 bouquets that season, she established BGB as a not-for-profit. BGB was incorporated in 2022, with a six-person Board of Directors and became a charitable organization in 2022.

At BGB, we gift joy one blissful bouquet at a time. We strongly believe that joy can uplift the spirit, ease the mind, and even promote healing. Through the simple act of gifting blissful bouquets, we bring moments of happiness and comfort to those in need. Each flower carries a message of love and hope, reminding recipients that they are valued and cherished.

From our seasonally grown specialty cut flowers, our volunteers carefully craft and put together blissful bouquets, which are delivered to recipients irrespective of race, gender and religion.

Inclusion: No one should feel alone or neglected. We make it our mission to reach out to those in long-term care homes, hospitals, and other places where people may feel isolated, ensuring that everyone receives a touch of kindness.
